Recommended Posts

This came together fast!

Well it took longer than the log shows I have about 4 weekends in it now working Friday night and Saturday, I think even 1 Sunday was in there.

Lol it's just he's dead in the center of the pic lol. But I want to see more pics!

LOL You know I was messing with you let me open up photobucket and I will go ahead and update with where we got to on Saturday. Got the inside of the box all painted it looks pretty good even though it will never be seen I like to make sure the inside of all my boxes look good as well.

This first pic was after I used my router to make sure the port on the baffle was perfect with the port walls made a lot of dust and after I was waiting for Carbon to get back from Home Depot so I drew in the saw dust hehe

Got everything cleaned up and added cloth to the top and bottome of the port and hit the entire thing with another coat of resin

Got it all resanded

Then raged the port and sanded the rage to make it smooth and paintable

Then it was time for the paint. We got several coats on the entire inside and I had to leave after I believe that carbon was going to hit a couple more coats in the port.

Now what is left is to get the baffle in resin behind it then sand and paint it. We will add all thread front to back in 2 places and from the sides into the port. Run the wiring, and make the flush mount sand the baffles in the port, rage, then paint the 3 baffles and wrap the flush mount. Getting close should have it playing in a couple more weekends.
