A wall is a lot of work and even more planning. You have to plan out every little thing or you're gonna be catching yourself in a bind. It sounds like you need to start with something smaller before moving to a wall.

Start with a wall, if you're even remotely inclined as a DIYer you'll figure it out. A wall is just a big box really. I'm almost sure 97 gt is a coupe, have you removed the backseat? What equipment and what is your goal? If you don't even have the equipment is this more of a dream thread?

And 2x4s are awesome to build in car audio. Very versatile tool right there

Tell me...does this smell like chloroform to you?

I built a wall in my car once, turns out 2x4's and sheetrock do not work well for car audio. Who knew!

2x4's are fantastic for car audio. Sheetrock? lolwut

haha rofl!! Pretty much the problem I have in my closet. My subs beat my trailer walls back and forth. ;)
