I got 2 x 12 inch elements both playing in the same box,and one gets a little warm not a lot a bit over skin temperature on top dustcap after playing 15-20min. while the other is cold. what could it come from?

Do you only have one + and one - wire coming from the amp going to both subs. What I mean is the + and - from the amp go to one sub then its jumped to the other. If you have that one sub is more than likely getting more power.

justin its a portet box. they are 2x1 ohm and i have wired woofers in parallel and coils in series. the ++ and -- is comming together and vrapped on to one + and one - cables that goes out to the amplifier

Take both woofers out and check to make sure both have the same soft parts, also check and make sure that both are in the same configuration. Make sure they both have the same cooling options(pole plug ect.). Check your coils resting resistance when the coils are below 100f. This is based on assuming both woofers have independent wires from the amp, both woofers load the same off the port, enclosure is tightly sealed amd accurate.

if I am understanding this correctly I believe you have your subs wired the same way I was talking about. If u could take a pick of your setup that would be great.
