I'm looking at it some more right now, it looks like a window that is only held in by a rubber seal. Don't have to deal with the framing BS or anything. Think we dodged a bullet there. Just gotta find out what sealant is best to use.

If its a single pane it should be pretty easy to remove the frame and take it somewhere to get a new piece of glass cut for it
