If you had a collapsed hose that would have caused major problems. I'd say new water pump and hoses should do it.

god i hope so haha

I got a few little things i wanted to do for a while done up.

had to cut some fiberglass. so i geared up with my face shield, a half mask [for once] and gloves in case something explodes. Long sleeves are for wimps haha.

YWQnOHL.jpg

so using a zip disk i just cut it. and it worked great. then i used a scraper to lift it off the wood and all is well.

vYg4W2n.jpg

it was pretty thick. i have a feeling the box will be pretty strong.

ZcELL2l.jpg

so now my baffle fits without a gap, so thats nice. now i marked out the braces so i can screw and glue them to the box.

ha3jWKt.jpg

So that turned out pretty good aswell. things are looking up. Next i cut another piece for the sealed section, to have more cubic feet. its 5 sealed if i remember.

9IvIM13.jpg

and yes, there is access under lol

qYOIYVo.jpg

a few more pics of the box

4Z85Rco.jpg

since im only using one sub for now, i took one of the cutouts from my baffle and im going to use that for a plug.
