OK I have a clear picture of how to secure the box to the floor, how about the roof?

This will be my daily (Unless it gets to be too much as far as gas, braking, overall visibility etc...) so I really want the box to be extremely well secured.

Suspension already upgraded, will be upgrading brakes soon. Daily it will stay unless it really becomes a hassle. We'll see!

I'm no wall expert, but...

Most people just build a big ass box with trim panels. And that's fine. It's a wall.

What I did was basically line the floor, roof, side and back walls with wood and then tied everything together with corner pieces and glass. Essentially just making the truck itself a 5 sided bombproof wooden shell. This way is more permanent. Lots of adhesive and bolts.

meh... thats a box in your back seat with trim panels.

Nothing structurally strong like a wall imo.

But ive been always told I dont know how to build boxes let alone a wall.

So heres what Im working with.

Over 20 sheets of mdf.

4 layers thick all the way around, multiple layers 6.75inches thick on the back.

Ehh its a start I guess.
