I am in the process of installing a system in my 2013 Dodge Dart with the 8.4" touch screen. I am using a Rockford Fosgate 3sixty.3 to go from high level to low level. But there are may LOC or DSP solutions out there to accomplish OEM integration. I have not finished my install yet but have heard that our radios may not out put anything on a channel if it does not see a load from a speaker on it. The solution is to add a 4 ohm resistor. Again I am not that far yet in my install so I can not verify this.

  • Hertz HV-165L Woofer
  • Raspberry Pi - Running OSMC using optical out to 3Sixty.3
  • Wiring - Sky High Car Audio

Research LOC's & DSP's. Budget can range from $100-600 depening on what you want out of your system. Sounds like you'll putting some $ in your electrical to run 2K though. Good AGM Battery, Big 3 upgrade, and hopefully thats enough or a alt might be in your future too.

My hifonics amp stays on protection mode and idk why can someone help?

Since you're thread jacking no we can't help.

That being said a lot of people's definition of "music" is a clipped 30 hz sine wave with some 80 IQ knuckle head grunting about committing crimes and his genitals.
