Christmas brings out the worst in people.

This season is supposed to be one of joy, but some people seem to want to ruin it.

I just need to rant for a moment, this is not directed at any particular person, more so a group as a whole.

Jeff and I bust our asses day in and day out to get order shipped out and help customers to the best of our ability. Jeff works a full time job on second shift and I am a full time student taking 17 credit hours per semester right now. This is on top of running Droppin' HZ. We are 2 people, not a company of hundreds.

It currently seems to be a problem for some people that USPS is taking too long to deliver packages and that they did not show up on time for 2 pickups that were missed due to me having finals this week. But this is my fault apparently.

I do apologize to anyone who has placed an order with us that has been delayed, but the circumstances are out of my control. There is no need nor reason to be an asshole. We do our best to treat everyone nicely and with respect even when they may not give us the same.

Any other time of year this wouldnt be a problem, but since christmas in just a week away everyone wants to freak out. People really need to remember what Christmas is all about, it isnt about what gifts you got, this time of year is meant to spend time with your family and enjoy what time you have with them. Life is way too short to spend time upset that a package is a couple days late, life will go on.

I am as guilty of this as anyone, but sometimes people really need to take a step back and realize what is truely important in life. If building a system in your car is at the top of your priorities in life, you may need to re examine yourself. While bass may be there to comfort us when we are feeling down, it cannot replace the love of family and friends.

I know all of this is random and probably makes very little sense, but I needed to get it off of my chest before I explode.

ive only seen a day delay on orders for the past few months. nothing in the extreme though .. i did see a post on FB about you going somewhere and there would be delays on shipping.. i dont get people.. if they really need it why not pay next day delivery?

just got part of my shipment.. took 3 days to get here, not bad

People have to understand this, if they don't then they can't blame you.

I understand the shipping, there is a reason why shipping companies MASS hire people around this time..

Being a small business, you can't. They need to understand what yall do as a company. Some people just can't seem to understand this.
