The problem is each battery rests at different voltages and the one that rests lower will leach the higher resting voltage. Don't store the car for more than 2 weeks or so with the batts connected, as said above. They are both in the trunk. I am well aware of the process of degradation here, just wanted to make sure it would be fine as a daily.
