JustinWillmon
Hey guys. Been on this site forever it seems. But i just finished up this for my dads 69 camaro convertible. Still not to the level of some builders out there, but maybe one day. Ive rebuilt this about 3 times and looking back at my first build i can't help but laugh. Like i said still a long ways to go but hopefully some people out there thinks it looks good. I built custom kick panels to house Rockford Fosgate T2 Components. I also built a box to house 2 T0 10" Subs. i built a false floor to level the trunk out and then trimmed it out with all the trunk panels. Eventually i plan to move the amp under the false floor and put a little poleax on the floor to show the amp. I just didn't have time this go around and didn't have the fans in to cool the amp, but eventually i will do that. It sounds awesome though and is plenty loud. Let me know what you think. Theres definitely something i would do different next time around but for now this will hold me over.

JustinWillmon
Thanks everyone. At first i wanted to do plexi on the false floor showcasing the amp, and add some leds as well but I'm thinking that would take away from the simplicity and classic of the car. Didn't want the trunk to detract attention for the car as a whole, but wanted something that looked good and sounded good, so i think i achieved that. focused313
absolutely awesome work. The plexi would have been cool too, but that looks great. I'm thinking about going with 10s, even though I have 12's, just because I love when the front of the enclosure/trim panel is flush with the opening in the trunk. Learning Everyday. Leedogg
Very clean. Rather see a tactful approach vs cutting up a classic car.
