SIDE SHOW Posted June 23, 2015 Report Posted June 23, 2015 do you have speaker connections going into/out of the sub box?
Broke_Audio_Addict Posted June 23, 2015 Report Posted June 23, 2015 What subs/voice coil config and why are they wired to a 4 channel? That being said a lot of people's definition of "music" is a clipped 30 hz sine wave with some 80 IQ knuckle head grunting about committing crimes and his genitals.
Cardboardcat15 Posted June 23, 2015 Report Posted June 23, 2015 if you have terminal cups on the box like the ones on prefab boxes, bypass those and go directly to the subs otherwise, check voltage on RCA's going to the amp and make sure it matches the signal voltage your HU puts out. im thinking if you swapped HU's and amps it might be an RCA problem My Channel on YouTube. firebirdude Posted June 23, 2015 Report Posted June 23, 2015 The odds on a pair of RCA cables suddenly going bad is slim to none. He says he swapped out the head unit, amp and subs and got no change in anything. My money is on user error. Point blank, none if this is that hard. Start a realistic troubleshoot versus easter egg parts swapping. I bet the head unit is set to ATT.
