CJ18
Its amazing what can be accomplished when I have an extra set of hands to help out. Gotta give a big shout out to Zac for coming up to help me out when I need it. First up we have the first test fit of the new bed rack with cover lift. Before I get into it, I am so happy with the way this fits. I took a few basic measurements and just went to it. This is the first time I have put the rack back in since I started to work on the lift. I have to lower the scissor down about 1.5" but that is a very simple fix. CJ18
Next up we got to work on the loading wall. After some quick measurements to figure out my exact ported side airspace and figured up my port area. Once the first layer was cut and laid out, we made out marks for the plexi windows. Loading wall is total of 1.75" thick with 1" thick plexi windows. Once I have this ready I will figure out bracing for the loading wall to attach to the baffle.
