You must know more than people that actually do it though. Could it be done? sure but there is no reason to even try and it would cause more problems than you'd gain hp. That being said a lot of people's definition of "music" is a clipped 30 hz sine wave with some 80 IQ knuckle head grunting about committing crimes and his genitals.
