They start stretching the image out quickly when it gets to the edge. While I'm sure that's on purpose because it would almost be in your peripheral, I can't help but notice you're sitting a ways back? Not knocking it at all, as I have zero experience with it. I'd like to give it a whirl. nawwww bro the camera makes it look like i am far back but i am not...i am actually much closer to the action. Also, the sides do stretch a bit to give it perspective. It isn't JUST extra pixels it is "Surround". Disadvantages: harder to run which makes your FPS a little less than it can be which makes you an easier target (obviously). Advantages: i can see shit on the corner of my eye like you wouldn't believe. I have such a wide FOV that i can sit in a boat aimed one way, twist my (third person) view a few degree's, and see around a corner. Also when someone is trying to creep up on my blind side i can see them a mile away. It's not as "stretched" as the camera makes it look. It's still pretty good Takes time to get used to, some might feel dizzy, but once you go this route it is hard to go back. Especially racing games. Oh man, Racing games are a whole new level of dope on a setup like this. My chair situation (for racing) is the part that sucks ass...but the PC is on point.
