Thanks Karkov. Yeah dude I was more than happy with this build I just had extra bonus money from work so I bought 2 more 15s and a 8k so a rebuild was going to happen sooner than I thought.

We will be doing a Scott Bowman 4th which is what we were originally going to do but changed our mind.

Here are my goals for this rebuild its not to crazy and not that far away from the last build. I want to do a 158 at the headrest, 158 sealed on the dash, and a 162 in the kick. Let's see if I can get near those numbers

So heres where we left off. Brent sanded and body filled all the holes and the baffle was ready to be made and put in

Some bracing for the sealed side

Then the 45s in the corner was started. I spray foamed all the space behind the 45s

Then body filled everything else in the ported area and put in the stacked chamfer on the drivers side port of the port

This is a plate that my buddy made to connect to all the holes in the door to hopefully stop pulling all the bolts thru the door like what happened in my last door. I can tell you this fixed that problem but you know your strengthen 1 part it makes something else weak lol

Now the paint started in the ported area. Damn this turned out good so before you judge this was applied with a paint roller and still looks good not glass look but still good. This was the first 2 coats of primer
