zoeboi954 Posted November 16, 2015 Report Posted November 16, 2015 all i had bought an amp from a company (not going to name bash) and i had the amp almost 3 months and it failed...... so i've sent my amps in for repair and they received it on 9/2/15. i've been waiting patiently, after 1 month i sent an email to them to make sure that they received my amp and they did they stated the reason for the wait was because of an event going on. so i thought no problem, another month went by and i've emailed them again, they told me that their tech found some damage component inside and they were working on it and they will contact me in about a week. its now 11/16/2015 and NOTHING. i'm starting to get really impatient right now. i feel like they are going to have the amp in repair longer than i've owned it.... basically what im asking is am i being impatient or poor customer service.... what should i do? 4 Fi Q 12s In A Prius on 4 Crescendo BC2000D?! never knows best Posted November 16, 2015 Report Posted November 16, 2015 unless a turnaround time was discussed when you sent it in they can take their sweet time fixing it. basically they have what they want from you (your money) and you will be put at the end of the line of the people they don't have their money, yet-

jk13 Posted November 16, 2015 Report Posted November 16, 2015 Wonder how many of the recent upstart companies do in-house service. Or even in-country. Nowadays anyone with a checkbook can put their name on a case with an existing board inside. Might not be the BC-D listed very largely in the OP's sig, could even be a huge name brand with a long history. Just a thought on the current market. Static drops are my bag.
Skullz Posted November 16, 2015 Report Posted November 16, 2015 Perplexes me when people spend a shit ton of money on quality subs and buy a cheap ass amplifier to power them with. Sorry it has taken this long and sounds like it is going to take a lot longer to get straightened out, but it is better to save for a quality amp to power subs with than to get a sub par amp and have it take a shit on you. "Just my .02" I've used this company product since 2011 I've never had problems with any of their equipment till now.. all 4 of the amps powering the subs are still kicking... I was going off of experience. it just their newer products seems to be made cheaply or not enough testing before releasing the product to the market 4 Fi Q 12s In A Prius on 4 Crescendo BC2000D?!
