Would I notice a difference from one run of 0 guage Vs. 2 runs of 4 guage. Rockford Prime 1000-1 and a prime 300-4 will be running

Just some quick googling 2 true spec ofc 4ga runs could handle 140 amp but 1 1/0 run would handle 150 amp so if you have 1 4 GA and what to upgrade I would buy another run of 4 GA if you already have 1 run of 1/0 or 2 runs of 4 I would say stay where your at

My SHCA 1/0 OFC is rated for 350A at 20ft. I think whatever you saw on Google is for welding wire or something. Even 1/0 CCA is ~250A at 20ft

The cost of 4awg is close to what 1/0 can cost so your better off to run 1/0 right now, and you'll know your good with your setup for now and possibly in the future as well.

Yes, you'll see more voltage drop over the same length. The cross sectional area of 1/0 is 113mm^2, where 4ga is 50mm^2.

Regardless if you said true spec your numbers are still wrong.

Two runs of 4ga would carry the same current as one run of 1/0.

Doing two runs of 4ga would end up costing you more money.
