dbmonster
i cant decide if i want to build a wall in my suburban when i get my new stuff or not. i've had 2 suvs in the past with walls and 1 without. im planning on 4 audioque hdc3 18's, and i have enough room for them withought a wall. but right now with just 2 9500 15's (no wall) my back "barn doors" and vents ect rattle to the point its driving me crazy. i know more sound deadining will help alot and i'll be using alot of it either way. but i know those back doors will always rattle without a wall. and i've always liked walls. the only reason i am reluctent(sp) to do a wall is that im seeing more and more loud ass suv's without walls (like steve's) and it makes me wonder which way will be louder in my burban? so what do yall think, wall or no wall? SPL2K
Wall it. It will be louder. Only if you put the wall right behind the front seats. dbmonster
Only if you put the wall right behind the front seats. the 2 wall setups i've built before were right behind the front seats, but i want to keep the 2nd row seats in the burban. so you don't recomend doin a wall behind the back seats?
