Is 15% to much to ask off the listed price i read that the mark up is 20% from dealers and you should end at 10%

Every dealership is different. It never hurts to hit em with your low end offer. You might get lucky and they accept.

It doesn't sound like a horrible offer but it really all depends on your location. Make sure you do your research, see how much other ones are sold for in your area, what other ones are listed for and go from there. F150's are pretty common so if you don't feel like its a fair deal don't be afraid to walk away I'm sure you'd be able to find another one similar pretty easily.

Most likely they are going to laugh at your offer,

They have no problem selling trucks like that so it's going to be hard to get them to move the price that much lower.

Never hurts to play the game though,

They were asking $13,500 for my car and I got it down to $11,000

Be prepared to walk. It's the name of the game. Don't fall in love with it and end up paying more than you want. Someone somewhere will give you the deal or you will need to realize you are not realistic on what you're asking.

If i remember right, you live by me in Morgan Hill. 15% they will tell you to walk for sure. Plus you have to remember tax and license fees
