Incriminator makes a quality product. They make a 21" Death Penalty (cheaper than Judge) and a 21" Warden (more expensive than Judge). A guy I follow on IG had two 21" Death Penalty subs and said he wished he had done 4 15" subs instead.

I ran ultra audio 21" subs, they can be custom built depending on your spl needs, high FS if you are tuning higher, multiple spider packs depending on power.
