The alpine type s subs are cheap and sound amazing. Rf can't go wrong. You could get a alpine type s 10 for $93 on Amazon... RF 12 inch p2 for $93. Then for the ultimate entry level amp.... the RF Prime 500 for $119. If it were me I'd go with That amp, a 10 inch p3 for $129 and Sky High has their 4 gauge amp kits on sale for $40 right now. That's $289 and it'd bang no doubt!!!

+1 for RF punch series subs and even amps. 

id recommend Kicker CVR, they are similarly priced and have similar power ratings. plus its been my experience that they can take a beating. 

and either RF punch amp or the Alpine line of amps if possible. IMO product selection may not matter so much in this particular instance so much as tuning and execution.

You know what build house I prefer. Also for entry level drivers,  i dig the sundown SA, and alphard has the machete sport I've seen and heard with my own eyes and ears and really liked.
