Well this acura is going for GROUDPOUNDER status, not a BURP, tuned to 35 for LOW BASS.

I could care less who is louder than me for BURPS. No-Wall vans with 2 18's were doing 163 at finals, so who frikin cares. Try playing some SLOWED + CHOPPED " Little John " " Throw it up"

Then we will see who is loud.

BACK ON TOPIC

Official Scores at the Dash. and YES. My Bass Boxing is louder than Burp! - 155.5 DB Drag Burp- 155.6 - IASCA Bass Boxing on music (30 seconds straight) sealed up Builds 1. The Acura Integra build = http://www.stevemead...s/page__st__6802. BLK SIN Build = http://www.stevemead...w-pics-10-6-07/

I have a ritual called "terminator". I crouch in the shower in the "naked terminator" pose. With eyes closed I crouch for a minute and visualize either Arnie or the guy from the 2nd movie. I then start to hum the T2 theme. Slowly I rise to a standing position and open my eyes. It helps me get through my day. The only problem is if the shower curtain sticks to my terminator leg. It sorta ruins the fantasy.

looks like a meca competition? maybe? the one i went to you could have seats forward, windows open, doors open, or whatever else to help the score. most of the time it was loudest with the door open. since he was playin a tone, my guess is he wasnt quite sure at what spot it was loudest with the door open, so he did it like that so the meter would catch it at least.

but that's me guessing :)

Fanning the door during a run can sometimes help the numbers.

I do it with the Excursion in Usaci runs and it helps.

Looking good David

Hey Skip, is the car louder with the meter in the drivers kick?

Designing, building, and shipping boxes. Yahoo IM - kingsuv00If the listening level is too loud, please inform the driver, so he can promptly pull over, and let you out.

not many cars can get me to pluggin my ears but this one.......damn. I mean the first minute is ok but that thing just really starts digging deeper and deeper in your earhole till you cant stand it no more. Seems like it does it with relative ease....16 12's on 8 amps.........gotta love it. :)

That it is.....he didnt find that out til like 2yrs in and 4th setup haha

And my Explorer is same way(drivers kick)...but it doesnt like doors open, all sealed up

The fanning didnt help him really, but that was the guy who was supposed to be holding the mic, so i guess he seen it done before and knows know better

And def. Baron.......i hate him cuz he got away from doing daily setup.....its gay if ya ask me

Spend all that money and can only play one specific note than go park your car....whats fun about that

Ill take my Explorer 156.1 @ 45HZ over being louder at 60hz any day......perfect for Air Forces

My box is sealed...and I'm only runnin 12's....but at autorama Jaffe said my car was peaking at 44hz during sweep checks....which would be pretty consistent with what I had figuered thus far from tone/mic testing on my epic and just loudness of certain songs....does maybe the 3rd gen integra peak round there?

Just curious now that we have a few owners w/ mult setups chiming in.

And x2 on groundpounder vs burp-monster.

GP FTW.

No, its usually around 53-55hz for DC teg...or at least thats where it was loudest in his particular setup after testing and testing

But when he had a 2 15" 7cu@35hz box in it peaked at 44hz as well.....guess its all dependent on box and how much air space that box takes up

The 4 10 box in that vid was tiny, .6 per sub and tuned to like 55 i think

Hurry up with this Baron box........i wanna see demos ASAP ha
