andym85 Posted June 7, 2008 Report Share Posted June 7, 2008 haha....i was trying to free-air my new beauty of a sub and figured id throw a .5ohm at my amp at low volume....well, needless to say it didnt like me very much after that....i did get some nice magic smoke to come out...and i wasnt even pissed, i just kinda laughed and went to bed. lucky for me my teammate (ben...member here but rarely on) let me borrow his kicker2500.1 for a show tomorrow and sunday which im gonna run at 4ohms....i guess i didnt care b/c i will be making a new purchase in a few months... it was pretty funny! i lub ben!
