Sennheiser

http://www.sennheiserusa.com/newsite/categ...sp?transid=cat0

although you have to willing to shell out some cash for some of their higher end models ($300-600 for the audiophile line)

Although a decent pair of home entertainment ones can be had in the mid 100's

I had a pair from Sennheiser that were 10 years old when I was a kid. They kicked ass back in the day. I might have to try a new pair

Designing, building, and shipping boxes. Yahoo IM - kingsuv00If the listening level is too loud, please inform the driver, so he can promptly pull over, and let you out.

not many cars can get me to pluggin my ears but this one.......damn. I mean the first minute is ok but that thing just really starts digging deeper and deeper in your earhole till you cant stand it no more. Seems like it does it with relative ease....16 12's on 8 amps.........gotta love it. :)

get some sennheiser hd 212 pro. i use them with my archos which has a small built in amp and the bass is great for the price.

it does have a kick to it though so youll feel the bass and on higher fq bass notes it sometimes tickles haha.

edit: oh i used to own skullcrushers with the bass shaker and it sucks in comparison to the sennheiser. the senns can have the same effect without a vibrator so you get deep bass as well as feeling it, not just feeling it.

Im running sonys with my desktop.

they are sony mdr-v700s

Got them here, maybe can be found cheaper yet.

Technics, and pioneer also make a almost a idenical reproduction of them.

http://www.pssl.com/Pioneer-DJREMIX-Headphones

From my expierence is if you want good bass response look for a headphone with a actual driver, and not some mylar driver

When I had my home receiver by my pc I amped them with the headphone jack. Now I just run them off my onboard sound card.

They get loud and are pretty clear with great bass response.

I also hear a lot of gamers using sennheiser. I never heard them and dont need too :)

Those the Sony's?

Hmm, might have to see if any stores round here have those setup as a "demo", so my mom can see if she can hear the bass or not before dumping $100 on em.

She's also 90-95% deaf and can only hear bass if it's super loud so that's what makes the headphone search a bit "fun".....

EDIT: It'd be BADASS if DD made a DD 1508 headphones, LOL!!!

2nd EDIT: I see my comment on that vid too. :P
