man i've been reading this threas since the beginning,MAN you do work,id get mad just wiring the stereo and if a fuse broke but man you stuck with it.and i saw the vids dont look that loud J\k man those that burban do work.i wanna do the same thing too but just with 8 12's whev ever i get a burban!

they said they shipped audio connections 10k's 16volts but the amps say 7k2d's 16volts i dunno if there just 16 volt 7k2d's or 10k's in the same case???? anyways my amps should be on the way back this week and those are 4 of the 10k;s or 16 volt 7k2d's i dunno

I like your setup. I do have a question though. Did you have any issues with phasing or alignment with each sub's output or was it just a design thing that you wanted to do? Is there any cancellation due to each sub's position?

good shit on that bro...and that sub has to have had too much power on it to do that....that doesnt happen from 2000rms.

ya thats why i stress the fact about not being adjusted it had no test time!!! thats why the sub blew up the back subs are loading up way faster than the front there is big time phasing or alignment issues thats why i am so happy with the 158 wait till i have a week or 2 to deal with those issues

lol @ 2000 rms ya i almost double that its my fault for not being ready the other subs took the power fine tho

oh ya, when doubling the RMS, that is a weak spot....they wont all break but chances are that same one in that same spot might. Thats where i ripped mine in half too (twice in the same location)....Scott started filling that area under the dust cap with tons of CA glue to reinforce it....no problems ever since.
