David Posted February 21, 2008 Author Report Posted February 21, 2008 Im welding the enclosure frame to the car and making it as strong as possible, theory has it the stronger you make the enclosure/car the LOUDER it gets. yes it will have wood on top of the steel. probaly 3 layers of baltic birtch, then it will get glassed so its 100% sealed up, and smooth as a babies ass, while being solid as a rock.
