sealing off my trunk - PICS!! (UPDATED 1/15: COMPLETED)

very nice clean install! my question is the same, looks like you have the same type of removable ports? hope it sounds as good as it looks  :smile:

4 runs of 1/0 gauge

-Big 3

-Trunk sealed off from the cabin

Custom 15.8 dual-volt switching MLA module

All in a CAR.

I didn't think you were goin that direction with it, but man it came out really nice.

PROPS FA SHO.

X2 on the neon from above, it evened out the light dispersion in my trunk big time, before I had the one ABOVE, it was way lopsided. Maybe tuck one above the box or build a lil baffle to hide it and still let it shine downward. That'd finish it off well I think, but WELL done for sure.

Let us know if the "sealing" helped on the mic at all or if it's just prettier but it def looks 10X better.

thanks a lot fellas. i havent really got to pound on it yet since i got done so late last night, so im not sure about the sound yet. i will think about moving the neons, but its gonna be a real bitch if i do...so i dont know. and yes, i used the same idea with my port as meade...thanks again.

on another note i think i broke my cam last night and was gonna get a vid of my setup and my buddy's (in the 3/4 ton ram)...but until i get my cam fixed/a new cam its gonna have to wait...

i likes me some audio stuff...

thanks guys...im glad it turned out like i planned...

i got to listening to it yesterday....the bass sounds cleaner and tighter, but i feel like it isnt as loud as it used to be before i sealed it off. i was expecting it to be louder and cleaner...im just not so sure about the louder part, kinda surprised actually.

i likes me some audio stuff...
