Neo_frog Posted October 27, 2008 Author Report Posted October 27, 2008 It won't be long guys. I'm just waiting on my amps. Here's my plan for tomorrow: 1. Install subs and wire them 2. Install alternator 3. Hook up all power and grounds 4. Build my amp rack -Still a little confused on this one... I think the amps are gonna have to go in the front. If I make space for them in the back, I'll lose a lot of air space. I think I'm just going to build a box around them in the front on top of the batteries and have a plexiglass face on the top so you can see the top one's symbol... The positive to this (no pun intended) is that they'll be very very close to the bank but the negative is that they'll be exposed to potential pressure... I could also run a little cooling line from my A/C into the little box so there's no heat build up (?)... I'm still working on this one. Any ideas for the amps? Need an install? I'm skeptical regarding the airspace for that many subs being available in a PT, but you are off to a great restart. Looks great, take your time and it will be right the first time.
