finkster Posted December 10, 2008 Report Share Posted December 10, 2008 OK i just got them, and all i can say is that it blows any other ear/headphone out of the water I quickly browsed thru all genres of music and one thing remains constant, this thing can pick up the highs and play the bass very well. the bass is comparable to the skull candy earbuds, but is way tighter, and the highs can actually be heard, which arent present in the skull candy ones...I'm a happy customer One thing that is a negative is the fit in my ear...it wasnt good at all, so i had to use the rubber surround from the skull candy buds (the DD comes with 3 different sizes)...it sounds better now, but i bet if i had a perfect seal like i do on the SC ones i would be hearing better things than i already am, but thats the only drawback. My earholes are pretty small so i cant complain there. also may i add that i beat the shit out of these already, i dove right in, and turned em all the way up, with minimal distortion, and i feel they would just keep getting louder if i could put more power to em. of course i dont think i would want to put more power on em, i have a headache already DAT 4125------>RE XXX comps active Eclipse cd7000 I serve drunks for a living Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Love them. the one gripe i have is that i use them to work out and they are a bit heavy for any bouncing around like running. thats it. excellent head phone. Previously i have heard them and loved the sound of them well mine.....i had them on for about 2 seconds before i knew somethign was wrong....one of my phones are almost inaudible both have like no bass and they are about half the volume of my daughters skullcandies. so tomorrow im calling up DD and hompefully getting another set.
