Mines set on 125 because I listen to alot of different music, but I have no where near what you would call a high powered system.

~90 at the amp, 125 at the deck cuz for some reason it doesnt have a fullpass option for the sub output, but i drop it to 80 on the deck if I'm jsut listening to rap, and at the same time raise my HPF from 60 to 100 on the deck(set like 60ish on amp), some rap songs have like 65hz tones, and my door speakers dont take the double rms for too long on a freq like that

would it matter if a person was running a sealed or ported box? ive got my LPF at 100hz with the subsonic filter at 30ish in a sealed box
