The only purpose for it is so that people can try to go in a higher class since they have a huge standing wave in their car and by rolling the window down it eliminates that wave and allows them to be louder on the mic. The rules are no windows down and that's how it should stay. Why are you trying to change something that works so well? Is it because you've been doing things your own way and you don't want to follow the correct rules? That's what it looks like to me, cause I've never heard a competitor complain about wanting to open a window during a run. i agree with both of these for the most part. i dont like the windows open all the time. but make it a option that you either can or cant open you window. only the driver or passenger not both. i gain a tremendous amout when i open my window. i think it should still be a option though. any very true if it aint broke dont fix it but, we as competitors do need to find ways to bring more people into the sport. shows in my region are getting slimmer and slimmer. unless i feel like traveling 3+ hours. i am traveling over 3 hours this weekend just for a double poit weekend. ----reference's---- meade916 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Will there be a 7+ class I too like the idea of whos the loudest over volume control. I also think playing with equipment lists and classes is a bad idea.
