Derrick824
I like having the vehicles open simply because it helps interest the crowd. Then they actually get to hear the music instead of just hearing the vehicle rattle from the outside. I really like the concept behind Bass Boxing. Loudest one wins and you must open the vehicle and get the crowds reaction. The dice roll is cool too. It wouldn't bother me to really mix it up and make each round a dice roll. As for DbDrag, well it's not for me. Any organization that allows 10kwatt amps into "street" classes is ridiculous. There's nothing street about it. It also doesn't make sense for me to have to go buy a crx just to be competitive.
Derrick824
If you want to make a true ground pounder competition then it needs to have a lower frequency cutoff for the mic. Set it not to read anything over 36hz or something like that. Then make it last for like 1min. That way the fart machines don't stand a chance. sactownstang
WTF? Why did Street C get eliminated?? Street C and Street max had more people in the finals then all other classes? You had: 1 person at the finals in street stock. 1 person in SS 1-2 1 person in SS 3-4 1 person in SS 5+ 1 person in Street A Why would u want to leave Street C? There was 4 people in Street C. No RESPECT! Why I like db drag? Cause if my system is louder then yours. I will win. That Bass Race is a lot of fun but it's not easy thats for sure. Chode69
i love me some bass race. i find it fun as hell. we did something different at this one show called it Street SPL. its a mix of db drag and bass race. you play music or 30 seconds with your drivers door open. one mic on the bottom left hand corner of the window and the other in the legal db drag location. it takes the 2 scores and averages them together. its a way to show people how loud a vehicle is inside and outside of the vehicle. its pretty exciting and can come down to tenths of a db even if theres a big difference in scores due to being averaged together. also you can have windows and moon roofs open. i fint it pretty neat and a fun competition to do. and about the size of the VC i think thats kinda dumb. ot everyone know what size VC they have and that would eliminate me i got 4 inch VCs in my T2s. also meade i like the idea of how many people you can seat haha. that would be a kool class...way different but kool none the less NoFearX18 said: Nick will bang just about anything.....LMAO....pun intended On 4/13/2010 at 9:51 AM, meade916 said: i was like DAMN, Chode is hardcore! he makes james look like a friendly person LOL! trainman0978 said: I dont know who is worse with the buttholes Chode or Big P... Forevrbumpn
I know its IASCA rules, but I always loved the cone area and wattage rules or DB Drag rules fit in to bass race so a guy with 2- 12s, isnt stuck competing against a guy with 2- 15s I have a ritual called "terminator". I crouch in the shower in the "naked terminator" pose. With eyes closed I crouch for a minute and visualize either Arnie or the guy from the 2nd movie. I then start to hum the T2 theme. Slowly I rise to a standing position and open my eyes. It helps me get through my day. The only problem is if the shower curtain sticks to my terminator leg. It sorta ruins the fantasy.
