EDIT: IMO appearance is everything these days. Wtf? You gotta be kidding me, they cut his finger off just to get the ring off? Dude that makes no sense at all. Depending how bad it was pinched, this isnt very uncommon...Remember the things in your body cant go without oxygen for too long, and a wring pinched around the finger def isnt good for it. But, there are jewelwr saws that can cut the ring, but if your finger is damaged to hell before then, it may be too late.. Nightshade Posted February 11, 2009 Report Share Posted February 11, 2009 I don't doubt that he had a finger cut off, but cutting the finger off instead of trying to cut a ring off just doesn't make any sense at all. It is much easier to cut something off that is wrapped around an object or finger if you will instead of just taking the whole finger off.
