skittlesRgood Posted June 22, 2009 Report Share Posted June 22, 2009 just wanted to say that this is a cool game. i dont know if anyone else has played these games but i have always loved them. the new one is an open world style, like GTA. the cool thing about red faction, if you dont know, is the ability to destroy things. in past games you could blow up almost any wall and even make tunnels in the map. in the new game you cant tunnel but you can blow up any building you come across. i just wanted to talk about this game incase anyone was curious. Can anyone compare the two? Which is better? How about vs the open world style of Farcry 2? It seems this game would be good because sometimes there are cool strategies to do (I like shooting strategies to get things to go just right) and at least it does have an online mode (unlike some other games). I know its just a demo, but it took forever to find a game, and when I did, it was just a horrible experience. I'll stick with Halo. (and Gears if I can ever get my hands on it.)
