just to make things a lil difficult, that works when bridgeing 2 amps to 1 sub, but get nothing out of when wireing just one sub, and a guy i went to school with did it a lil diff took both pos n ran to speaker, n then grounded the neg wires to chassis, and on fire went his shit

but ya left pos, right neg is bridgeing on 2ch, and u ran run 1 channel to one coil and 2nd channel to other coil of a dvc sub, and on mono amps that have 2 pos n 2 neg isn't a 2ch, there all internally bridged to help with wireing multipul subs, or 2 dvc/single vc subs a lil faster and cleaning up, thats why u see a bunch of guys runnin like sundown amps n just have 2 wires ran on one side of the speaker outs, u do not need to bridge a mono amp with 2 inputs n outputs, will not change anything

but while were on the subject, will bridgeing speaker outputs of a headunit fry it? ive done it befor just to see if it worked n it was fine, but only ran it like that for 5min then hooked back up the other way

I'm pretty sure the one my dad has, you can bridge the rears to run a low powered sub (why anyone would push a sub from the HU is beyond me), but the fronts can't be.

I'll check the manual when I get back to the house (if I can remember) but I think I remember reading that.

ya, pioneer hu's rear speaker outs are made to run subs, even says it changes rms output when hooked to subs, i think @4ohm it does 45rms on rear channels stereo, why i ask this is because i got a loudspeaker for like personal messaging and ive hooked it to my house stereo n it sounds awesome, but all my amps are to powerful for it, n was gunna mount it under my truck n see how it sounds lol

but thats just me, might put it on the lawn mower with a 300w 2ch n ipod with a 1f cap?
