Ascendant Audio Chevy Astro - Project MAYHEM

Recommended Posts

Thats the current baseline. Lots of work is planned, when I get time :)

All tests were done dB drag sealed up. No RPMs were used just the van on Idle.

Thanks.

lol must be nice to be able to consider a 159.x a "baseline"

and at idle, that's just uncalled for :ban2:

Tunnel was good, but not loud enough. The SQ was better with the tunnel but the clam is good bit louder which is the aim of the game :)

Forgot to add this update of the volume reductions...

I couldn't get in there so had to rely on the help of my 2ft cousin to carry out the work, thanks!

15 cubes or there abouts was soaked up inside the enclosure in an effort to raise tuning.

As a result I'm no longer breaking screens. But thats just started a whole list of other things breaking,

Both door mirrors

Passanger side window

Brake fluid reservoir bottle, gushing fluid everywhere

Washer fluid bottle, cracked and hanging

Wiper motor mechnism bust off the metal work

Bonnet no longer opens without being thumped

I'm sure more things will break but there you go.

I just watched the vids man, even looks to loud for you haha

I have a ritual called "terminator". I crouch in the shower in the "naked terminator" pose. With eyes closed I crouch for a minute and visualize either Arnie or the guy from the 2nd movie. I then start to hum the T2 theme. Slowly I rise to a standing position and open my eyes. It helps me get through my day. The only problem is if the shower curtain sticks to my terminator leg. It sorta ruins the fantasy.

you know your loud when you have a list of all the stuff the bass has broken :)
