At the begging of the season I said I'm and going to make a go for Finals, didn't even know where it was at the time just wanted an invite. I will more than likely be the lowest score there, and the only Avalanche competing. Again its just for the experience of going and supporting the sport. I can guarantee that there would have been 2-3 more people just from SC that would be there had it been east of the Mississippi. I'm sure there would have also been another 3+ NC guys as well. A cen-cal show just makes sence, not only cause I live here, but you would have all the nor-cal guys and so-cal guys drive here. With no question. Say it was in nor cal, you might not get all the so-cal guys to make that 8 hour trip. or vice-versa. And maybe if it didnt cost an arm and a leg to enter. I think 60.00-70.00 is plenty, and if you get more people to enter at that cheaper rate, then Wayne might even make more $$ (isnt that what it's all about now Wayne?) I can tell you right now as a shop/competitor if it would have been local/(more local) that at a minimum 12 of my customers would be there. And thats just from 1 source. This is a no-brainer from a biz standpoint, make it more accessible to the masses and then count your cash. If this happens again next year, well if i see it going shitty....... . . I promise to host a huge west-coast event, No bullshit. Maybe the multi-locations helped attendance.
