I think it's awesome to see you went with old-school Soundstream. Just shows how awesome they were back in the day!

Old school SOUNDSTREAM...

tumblr_lu5h8wrtK91qdaa44_zpsac13d878.gif

I had a Reference1000 in my old Honda Accord that I had back in the day.

Loved that amp. Beat the crap out of it. Stock alternator and battery and the amp didn't care.

For some dumb reason, I sold it a while ago <kicks self in head>...

LOVE what you did to the mounting bolts.

There's a little flux residue on the darlington transistor leads. Some flux-off cleaner will wipe that right off.

Can't wait to see what you have planned...

Damn it Jamie, did you just say Darlington Transistor Leads? I hate you sometimes! LOL

Looks good. all that work for a few screws! I admire your sense of detail!

I've already had these amps when I competed IASCA competitions whit the Fiat 500. I know what these things can handle, and how good they are.

If I have built these amplifiers in the BMW, I will then send them to England, to Gordon Taylor .

The Amp Doctor - Servicing your amp!

I emailed him and he can make them even better than they already are.
