DDlincolnon22's
Sorry to drag this thread up but I do have a small update, got a little bit of mdf the last time I was home. It's not all mine, just the top 5 sheets. I am also getting a pwk design. Here's a couple quick pics I got of the wood, sorry for the crappy cell phone pics. DDlincolnon22's
What do you guys think of excessive amperage alternators? I'm thinking that's what I'm going to run, along with shuriken batteries. Team Digital Devastation My on-going 9518 build

sayhuh?
Never used them, so I cannot comment on them, but from things I've read, I wouldn't. DC Power is having a nice little sale this month. Blown
DDlincolnon22's
The only reason I was considering them is because I can get them cheap through my buddy who runs a shop. What all have you read and where? I'd like to read some reviews on them. Team Digital Devastation My on-going 9518 build

Neo_frog
I don't know of many people running EA with high demand systems. They are good for fixing voltage issues in the average system though. My buddy is running a Memphis 2500 on a 180A(?) EA alt in his Taurus and has almost no drop. Your best bet would be to stick with the companies on here. They are all repped other than Ohio which also makes good stuff. EDIT: And I would just go the safe route and stick with Kinetik or Powermaster batteries. I've never used Shuriken, and I haven't heard any honest reviews on them. Need an install?
