Nirvalica Posted November 13, 2009 Report Posted November 13, 2009 "The cool thing about fiberglass is that it weighs a 3rd the amount of wood and 1/10th the amount of concrete."just incase anyone wants to make their boxes out of concrete lol People do that. I think mostly in homes though, not cars. It's just that it won't flex like wood or mdf. My Youtube Page. Loudcav Posted November 13, 2009 Report Posted November 13, 2009 you might be suprised how common concrete is I know Pipo's doors are loaded with it and if you remember right Jacobs S10 had some on the top of the enclosure then you have it used in some Extreme vehicles

sundownz Posted November 13, 2009 Report Posted November 13, 2009 148.8 so far @ 55 Hz. Seems to have two peaks... one around 40 and another at 55 Hz or higher (my tones stop at 55 hz and it was getting louder all the way until then). So not bad. Not sure on clamped power yet but I have one 4500D on the pair. - Jacob Fuller - Owner, Sundown Audio - Sundown Audio on FACEBOOK - Please DO NOT PM ME -- use my email address -- [email protected]
