meade916
Got my XS Power VCM! Adjustable voltage, adjustable "ceiling" for safety etc - EDIT: Pics from page 3 added: A nice "resting" voltage A few wires ran and soldered into the system - this is a VERY easy piece to hook up but it still takes a little work when you have 4 alts. No big deal! i will eventually move it to a better spot but this is actually not bad here.....i dont see myself adjusting the voltage very often but its nice to know i can if i want too It works great so far! Nathan @ XSpower
Glad to see you got it and everything is going good so far. ***Again just for everyone's info this is just a demo version. The shipped product will look almost just like this one, but there are a few tweaks to it.***

IH8PunkRok
i love the simplicity of it turn up voltage turn down voltage i got a question though. suppose you have an alt that charges at like 15.5 or something ridiculous and you dont want it charging that high can this bring it down to 14.4? also does it have limits? like can someone messing with it turn it down to like 8 volts and fuck your car up? or turn it up to 18v and blow stuff? I had very good luck with it and ran it with no problems for a year and a half . No complaints! Now, i am trying a NEW product from XS, one that allows me to adjust my voltage from the dash and has a built in display - i hope my luck is just as good! It looks very nice lit up. to answer your question, there are dip-switches in the back. One setting is for a standard 14.4 system with a "ceiling" (on the adjustability) of 15.2v. You can hit the dipswitch and raise your ceiling to 19.5v (for more advanced users obviously). I cant wait to get off work and get this thing up and running! Yes you could bring your voltage down if you wanted to. It does have safetys built into it.
