I screwed myself by not paying years ago, when it would've been much cheaper ATM. I owed $200 and the service was cheap, but since I couldnt afford to pay the taxes off then, I never got around to it. 3 years straight now. based on calculations from the tax lady, I'll get back anywhere from 15-18 hundred... If I pay all the late fees and such, which will be about 750 for the past 3 years. The moneys there, but it's not.
