tlee2
just a heads up. Just resin by its self and or just body filler does not make a box stronger because they are both very brittle and crack easy. Bills Yeah i know but i think the threaded rod will work. I got 4 mdf braces in there now and ill cage it in with 2x4s if i have to. Clean work, everything is looking good. I can't wait to see vid's of this hurting that little car Me either i can see a few repairs down the road! 6 Sundown X 15s 2 Sundown NS1 V2s C Pillar 4th order Bagged Suburban on 24s http://youtube.com/tlee333

Just resin by its self and or just body filler does not make a box stronger because they are both very brittle and crack easy. Bills I agree.... putting resin on flat surfaces... no Bueno. Use the resin to bond pieces together. On lagge sufraces it will crack, and your finish is screwed. Put 45's in your corners for strength. Great job on the design, nice ride Steven Does this smell funny to you? Its your sister

tlee2
Thanks guys i will make sure its strong enough trust me. And yeah the resin should increase air flow that was my main reason for doing it. Ill have pics up tommorow of what i decided to finish the inside of the box with 6 Sundown X 15s 2 Sundown NS1 V2s C Pillar 4th order Bagged Suburban on 24s http://youtube.com/tlee333
Loudintha509
looking good but wouldnt have been better to maybe use some spray glue and glue fleece or mat down before the resin. I wish every body had beat so I wouldnt have to turn my shit down. Fosgate for life running there shit since I was 16 going on 15 years strong. Not stopping any time soon.
