Alex K
How are you planning on managing this? Fork lift? probaly just 5-6 men. that's what i'd do. that comes out to about 180-220 lbs per person, which is extremely reasonable. 2006 Nissan Z Track. My Feedback Thread i used to think a band pass was something you were around your neck or something.
CheezyMane13
ED: Did you use just large screws to hold in the amps mounted on the ceiling? Or did you use some other innovative way? Please elaborate on the subject if you can. When I have done vertical mount I just opted for 2" screws and went thru multiple layers of 3/4" MDF take baby steps, u cant do it all at once unless u have a roll of 100's big enough to choke a donkey 1998 Chevy Venture "Swagger Wagon" Kenwood Excelon KDC-X994 Headunit 3 15" Alpine Type R's in seperate T-Lines 1 RF T1500-1bd for 2 of the 15s 1 RF P1000-1bd for the single 15 3 sets of Hifonics Zeus ZXi6.5C Components( 1 more set to come for Front stage) 1 Hifonics HFi100.4 4-channel amp Stock alt for now (DC HO SPL 400A when funds come in,currently working on buying this) Stock battery and one Optima Redtop for now (looking at XS batteries) 3 15" Alpine Type R's (aka Swagger Wagon Build 1.0) Swagger Wagon Build 2.0 Youtube Videos

EclipseChris
Attention everyone Ed does not need help loading the box, trust me i have offered numerous times. His has a table built to the height of the truck and has a brother for another pair of eyes. The box has been designed to just slide in. I don't mean to offend anyone or come off as aggressive. :sorry: Keep up the great work Ed. :drinks: i resolve to be a nicer moderator. Tercel build R.I.P. Eclipse build Old New V-Dub My feedback. Please elaborate on the subject if you can. When I have done vertical mount I just opted for 2" screws and went thru multiple layers of 3/4" MDF There are 2 layers of MDF on the ceiling and I used long screws to mount the amps to both layers. Amps weigh 20lbs, each screw is good for 100lbs, I think it will be good to go. HHR Ed
Yep, pretty much I can slide the box in and out by myself if I really need to, just gonna use my Bro Billy to help keep it aligned. I have it sitting on rails that are all lubed up. I just push and watch it go. THEKINGsBACK
gracias st350..they scream..loud and clear may be a idiot question but whats the purpose of that big super tweet when u already have 40 kicker tweets.. does it reproduce a better sound or am i missing something he wouldnt be the first to say they did a 167 with a system like that (one that clearly DOESNT), but i have to say, he didnt beat me anywhere, ive never competed against the guy. If he thinks his does a 167, mine would probably put him in a coma. :hairtrick:

I also love the fact that you said you were going to do this and then you did, rather than just procrastinating about it. Looks killer, i am sure its going to sound killer. and i hope your ears dont bleed from all the highs in that thing!
