numatik Posted June 11, 2011 Report Posted June 11, 2011 I just spent the last 3 days skimming through this build. first off, it kicks ass, I dig all the custom work and the incredible task to wire that many amplifiers in that clean of a fully functioning install. And the amount of fiberglass hours fabricating, sanding and prepping, making everything come out absolutely amazing. I tip my hat to you guys as I am an installer myself a few questions that may have been answered but there isnt enough time in a week to read every single post in this kick ass 100 page novel: 1) I totally missed why the RF amps are being replaced, and I wondered if since they are, are there a trillion RF amps for sale??? 2) what is the loudest this thing hit on the meter? outlaw w/e loudest number givin with any circumstance: sealed, opened, cracked , whatever ? 3) earlier in the build I always saw the same pink material to stretch over areas being glassed. It looks thin, and easier to work with then fleece, what I usually use. What is it? 4) how much does this thing weight fully loaded up? Wall batteries, everything? im sure many users will help answer some of my questions, but im a curious guy, and always learning, so I ask alot of questions. Fiberglass console with removable face plates and arm rests, flushed speakers, lots of toggle switches, Playstation 2, rear view camera, Suede and leather seats, suede headliner, Dakota Digital air gauges, voltage gauges, and current draw gauges. Can't seem to keep a system for more than a few weeks Saving for a '06 Nissan 350z, look for build around June 2012.
