He would recommend the L7 to you if you wanted to go ported and the CVX to you if you wanted to use a sealed box or small sealed box. Then Hifonics jumped on the square bandwagon, followed by companies like PYLE. Now who has sqaure subs? MTX, They even make the "real" jackhammer in a square sub. Personally if I was ever to run a square sub, it only be Kickers Solo-X. I love my Sundown Audio subs, that's not to say I would never run square subs again. Honestly I was not disappointed with the square subs, I ran them for 3 years.
