You are 90% more distracted texting, then when you are talking on the cell phone. I think if you talk on the cell phone and can't function properly, then you should be fined. If you're worried about being caught, speaker phone was made for a reason.. along with bluetooth. Other then that, I'm changing songs on my blackberry which is also my mp3 player, when I do decide to listen to it. Other then that, people can wait, as cracker said.
