redbaron80
Perhaps we can add a Bassrace score to the RIGHT side of the burp score ? Like Burp - 153.0 / BR - 150.0. Bassrace is a great indicater that the car is a musical / streetable vehicle. Not a 1 note wonder, under the window line. Just my 2 cents. Official Scores at the Dash. and YES. My Bass Boxing is louder than Burp! - 155.5 DB Drag Burp- 155.6 - IASCA Bass Boxing on music (30 seconds straight) sealed up Builds 1. Hotdog
Just a personal observation here.. Why call it a ground pounder? How many ground pounders do you see driving down the road with there vehicle sealed up and a mic on the dash? I know what your trying to accomplish and you want proof with an actual score which is fine. You need to change the title too.. "Loudest Vehicle sealed up, mic on the dash...non-walled..no burps (Musical)" To me a ground pounder is that person that "drives by" and it makes you say what the hell was that because your feeling the bass on your chest from a pretty good distance. I feel a true ground pounder should be determined buy how loud they are 6ft away from the vehicle with the window down.. kind of like Meca Drive by which is mic placed 6ft away from vehicle on passenger side, windows down. Show me that list and I will agree. so how many ground pounders have you seen driving down the road lately with there vehicle sealed up and a mic on the dash? bottom line.. "You can't pound the ground if you trap all that sound, roll the window down and lets see who gets the crown" /rant (NEW) 2004 F-150 Build Log -->http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/192208-hotdogs-f-150-build-log/ 2003 Mercury Mountaineer Build Log --> http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/114380-hotdogs-2003-mountaineer-build-log-20-removed/page__gopid__1602379#entry1602379 2008 Equinox Build Log --> http://www.stevemead...g/#entry1475764

"You can't pound the ground if you trap all that sound, roll the window down and lets see who gets the crown" /rant Almost nobody measures that way. Sealed up on the dash has been an industry recognized standard for 20 years. thats why we would rate by that score. And we want to know how loud it is inside the car. But like I said, post whatever scores you got and when I have enough data, I will make a chart.
