Im wondering why the weight of the magnet is in question or even a concern?

Its a single slug magnet that is stronger then the old triple and double slugs.

I wouldnt imagine Fi would go with a lighter weight magnet if they where not able to keep the magnet force at the gap as strong or stronger ;)

magnet weight is totally irrelevant to anything...they are 11.25" in diameter with a single slug

Then he needs total weight, not magnet size. . .

Current system:

1997 Blazer - (4) Customer Fi NEO subs with (8) American Bass Elite 2800.1s

Previous systems:

2000 Suburban - (4) BTL 15's and (4) IA 40.1's = 157.7 dB at 37 Hz.

1992 Astro Van - (6) BTL 15's and (6) IA 40.1's = 159.7 dB at 43 Hz.

well with cheaper subs it is, because some of them have the same magnet weight as like 6x9's :/

but for these high end subs, its only important to know because of how to brace the box cause a cheap prefab with a 50 LB sub = broken box quickly

F/s: 2 custom made boxes, for 1 12" and 2 12" hit me up I'll let em go cheap

If you are buying a BTL and don't put it in the proper enclosure that's your own stupidity anyways :)

They're about 70 pounds crated...
