what if i forgot to turn my phone off, just one time, and it happens to go off. its not like i left it on on purpose, well apparently i'd be FUCKED. and this whole thing is utter BULLLSHIT

16-18 if your phone goes off in school, you get in trouble? total horse shit! public school dosent teach you shit anymore, all it is is a babysitter. i'm glad i dropped out of the stupid shit hole highschool here (i live in a capitol city, btw) so i could actually learn something on my own time. honestly, best thing i have ever done. we need to do away with all public schooling and make it all online courses. if my 4 year old cousin can use a computer, i see no reason not to.

you people act like school actually teaches you anything. if you used your own time to study and sharpen your skills for the feild you want to go into, you would be FARRRRRR better off.

to driving, im 17 and i'm the best driver in my family, not just safe on the roads, but i do time attack in st. louis every other weekend, so i guess the stereotype that teens cant drive is entirely untrue, and very over biased.

quite honestly, in an age where cars can almost drive them selves, robots can clean our houses, and all electric automobiles are anything but odd, the simple fact that you can get in trouble for a cellphone just proves how juvenile and untrustworthy superiors are. in an age where any single dream can be a reality, if it already isn't, in an age where we are making man made elements, in an age where the rate of technical growth is unparalleled by any other growth man has ever seen, the rules and regulation are completely absurd, and should be re-constructed from the ground up. why is speeding illegal? why is marijuana illegal? why must we do as we are told? well, if we get out of line, and rebel in any way, it is rendered WRONG, and unjust. why must we all be a growing flock of sheep? fight back. if not for yourself, then for your fellow man, your fellow woman, and your coming generation, because i can assure you, the laws will only get more absurd, 98% of all laws stand with no support, they have no reason to be, they have no reason to exist, they are nothing more than the remnants of something that stood for a purpose, whos purpose has long since faded.

my phone is always on vibrate, it was alarm set and i didnt turn it off so they sent me to the office and i missed my final so i failed the class but with my final i would have maybe got a C because i didnt study so there for i would have passed my class with a d+

Man to be honest with you, you should be able to hold a B average in classes at least. High school is such a joke I have straight A's and a near 100 GPA and really don't put any effort into it or even bother studying. This includes AP classes lol

But over here when you get in trouble with the school all they do is revoke your parking priveleges for like 3 weeks or something stupid. The only way you actually get it taken by the state is if you don't show up to school and a truant officer comes after you.

Yeah I know that, but man if you want to be anyone in today's world, you almost have to make yourself somewhat good in school. Look at some of the most proficient entrepreneurs of this day and age, they got to where they are because they learned as much as they could and put it to use.

unfortunately by this response, your assuming that all people....oh excuse me, KIDS, are actually responsible and not ignorant or stupid...as well as assuming that they know exactly what they want to do after high school. I dont know about you, but I know damn sure that there are much more kids out there changing there major while in college; which suggests that they started studying what they wanted to be and realized its not what they want at all.

and just cuz you can drive doesnt mean that the whole stereotype is untrue...there are always exceptions to the rules.

but to get back on topic, OP, thats a shitty rule and I find it a little harsh too. but shit happens and ya just deal with it. I say wall it. 120 days is definitely enough for a wall.

high skool is not a joke... is the place where u meet a lot of people and fuckin party! i barely went to class, barely did any work & partied all the time and i still had a C or higher in all of my classes haha it was easy but high skool is no joke.. high skool involves some serious partying, is where u meet girls get laid etc etc etc... just preparing urself for college haha
